The villa has been thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and flexibility, making it ideal for large groups and families. It features four separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, all arranged around a shared internal courtyard. This unique layout allows guests to enjoy time together while still maintaining their own sense of privacy. The property is rented exclusively as a whole, ensuring a private and seamless experience for your entire group.

Our Story

Built in 1864, this stone house has been part of our family for over a century. It first belonged to our great-grandfather — a teacher — and then passed to our grandfather, who raised his two daughters here: our mothers.

Every summer, this home became the heart of our childhood. We — the three grandchildren — grew up within these walls, surrounded by sunshine, laughter, and the smell of summer.

In the 1980s, our grandfather lovingly renovated the house for the first time. Decades passed, but the soul of this place never changed.

Now, half a century later, it’s our turn. As the third generation, we’ve brought this beloved family home back to life — with care, love, and deep respect for everything it has meant to us.

This is not just a villa. It's a place filled with memories, emotions, and roots. And now, it’s ready to welcome new stories — yours.
